Job brief


We are looking for Learning and Development personnel who will assess the client & operational requirements from delivery team, map business processes, identify competencies and skill development needs, conceptualize, design and build training roadmap for new batches and facilitate refresher trainings for existing employees. Individual in this role, will be responsible for converting fresh & semi-lateral talent to seasoned delivery folks through a structured training process support from internal SMEs, assess & facilitate the learning curve, enable people performance through measurements & ROI. A passionate L&D resource will strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and prior experience working for Market Research companies will be a must.



Roles and Responsibilities


Assess client programs and business needs to assess competencies and core technical training needs.

Create and execute learning strategies, work with functional teams to design content and training schedule.

Structure pre-assessment & post-assessment tests to evaluate effectiveness of trainings.

Deploy various methods facilitator led, online content, refresher programs, coaching, job shadowing & OJTs to address training needs of fresh & semi-lateral talent.

Structure pre-assessment & post-assessment tests to evaluate effectiveness of trainings.

Batch accreditations

Complete training administration of all batches from hiring to production, ROI analysis, learnings & process enhancement opportunities and deployment of the same in subsequent rounds of interventions.

Create and maintain content library on HRIS system / secured server.

Take end to end responsibility of facilitating technical and system trainings for new hires / campus hires.

Work closely with corporate L&D team to identify training needs linked to Behavioral and Leadership skills and facilitate the same jointly.


Desired Candidate Profile


Post Graduate in MMS/ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Proven experience of 4-6 years in L&D and skill development.

Prior experience working in L&D function at a Market Research firm or in Market Research operations.

Prior experience creating skill maps, learning needs & project managing training delivery.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms, content creation and core training delivery.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.

Should have strong stakeholder & people management skills.
